I wanted to improve my plasticity and flexibility for a long time. I was choosing between dancing and yoga. Since I go to the gym, I looked at how yoga classes are held and it seems to me that this is not my thing, while I liked the dancing for its energy, liveliness and eroticism. For a long time I was tormented by doubts that I would not be able to join the team, I would constantly lose my movements and fall, because... I'm clumsy (those who have been subscribed for a long time know), but I decided to try anyway. I learned about the form in advance.
When I came to class, I met other girls. It turned out that I was not the only one. They calmed me down and said that my anxiety was completely normal and I felt a little better (I was still nervous).
The lesson was a success. It was a little difficult at first, but I managed it, I felt more dexterous, feminine, soft. Here are some photos for you, I hope that I will shine in the next classes!
